Building the 360 estate
Of course it has been challenging to build and manage the inside360estate.
I have embraced this responsibility and the challenge.
Of course coming from my family background there are very successful and has high expectations, is rewarding, but nevertheless it has been challenging but very fulfilling.
As an executive.
It has been great to see the process of all the Success in building the enterprise and 360 estate. I am a Director on the board that realizes It is a very important factor that the team oversee and that I manage at Inside360agency is very strong and dedicated to the projects.
Also, that our board brings to the estate and their organization and dedication we need to keep the long term partners on board, and at the same time that our team puts timeline line a new goals into the projects, this has proven are success and gives us sustainability.
Of course, we have changed communications officers, and product managers throughout the years but, we’ve always kept in contact with some of these incredible people and continue our working relationships with out protégés, and now they are even stronger.
We are very focused on keeping Inside360estate strong, And also developing relationships with our partners to help and support and finance their projects. Which in turn makes our Network very powerful.
Myself and Inside360 estate also has experienced & seen by doing this it keeps the Inside360 team and partners very motivated and connected. By doing this we have noticed that it keeps our projections and calculations correct and our growing percentages moving fast.
I am very optimistic to see the process and our five-year business projection plan confirmations and our percentages working with our contractual partners within the next 3 to 5 years.
